National Waste & Recycling Association
The National Waste & Recycling Association is the trade association representing for-profit waste and recycling companies doing business in the United States. In 2005, Concorde Inc. became NSWMA’s endorsed vendor for Drug and Alcohol services. As a result, every NSWMA member receives preferred pricing on Concorde’s Drug and Alcohol Testing services.
The Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) is an organization of more than 8,500 public and private sector professionals committed to advancing from solid waste management to resource management through their shared emphasis on education, advocacy and research. For more than 50 years, SWANA has been the leading association in the solid waste management field. SWANA serves industry professionals through technical conferences, certifications, publications and a large offering of technical training courses.
The Pennsylvania Independent Waste Haulers Association (PIWHA) provides a platform for the small, independent hauler to be heard concerning the effect of regulations upon their ability to compete in the highly regulated and competitive field of waste collection, handling and disposal.
The mission of the National Association of Wastewater Technicians is to unify the voice of the sanitary liquid waste management industry, while increasing its professionalism and public image through education of industry members and the public, and the development and national representation of individual, state, and regional chapters, allowing our industry to exchange ideas and concerns for the betterment of our members, the environment, and the general public.

DATIA
The Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) represents the industry in Washington, D.C. on legislative and regulatory issues facing the industry. Concorde is a proud member of DATIA and is committed to following their mission of promoting the highest standards for the industry.
NAPBS
The National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) is a non-profit organization consisting of qualified companies in the background screening industry. NAPBS gives the screening industry the ability to effectively demonstrate its competence, reliability and willingness to adopt standards. Concorde’s Vice President of Operations and General Counsel, Arthur J. Cohen, was the 2007 Chairman of NAPBS and an active member of the Education Committee.
SAPAA
The Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association (SAPAA) mission is to establish, promote, and communicate the highest standards of quality, integrity, and professionalism in the administration of workplace substance abuse prevention programs through education, training and the exchange of ideas.

LabCorp is an industry-leading provider of specimen analysis. Their SAMHSA certified laboratories conduct urine drug analyses in accordance with DHHS and DOT requirements. LabCorp also tests non-regulated specimens using comparable stringent protocols. Concorde depends on LabCorp’s uniform laboratory processes to provide standardized reporting of test results.
