Companies that employ commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers are required to maintain FMCSA Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) and Driver History Files. Our documentation management solutions will provide you with a completely digitized platform that you can access at any time. With our system, we’ll alleviate some of the time-intensive administrative tasks for you like sending notifications when documents are incomplete or about to expire.
Drug and Alcohol Testing
We have been performing DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing since 1988 and are the experts in the understanding of 49 CFR Part 40. We have local, regional and national networks to help you conduct pre-employment, random and post-accident tests, which will notify you of results in a private portal.
Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse Management
FMCSA enacted the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse to identify commercial drivers with drug and alcohol program violations. We have created Drivers Clearinghouse as a Third Party Administrator to streamline the annual query and driver consent process. We manage your driver records and send alert notifications if there is an issue with a file.
Online DOT Supervisor Trainings
Instead of finding the time to travel to your state’s DOT office for an in-person training, we have created an online program that will provide you with the proper certifications. Without leaving the comfort of your home or office. We designed our online classroom to be highly interactive where we will cover topics such as determining reasonable suspicion, recognizing warning signs of substance abuse and understanding DOT requirements to name a few. We offer individualized trainings as well as company-specific trainings.
Physical Exam Management
CMV drivers must complete a physical examination by a licensed “medical” examiner, which are valid for up to 24 months and included in a driver’s qualification file. The overall physical includes vision and hearing tests, blood tests and urinalysis to ensure that you are physically fit to operate a CMV. We have an extensive national network of clinics and on-site services to help drivers complete their physical exams in a cost-efficient way.
